So this is about the number that shows how many times a level you oublished has been "played". As far as I noticed in the beta, it only showed how many times a level has been completed. Now let's say there's a creator who likes to create really hard levels, which only a small number of people will complete. Let's assume one of his levels was played 10000 times, has a rating of 5 stars, but was only finished 10 times. Now the creator comes to see how his level does, and what he sees is "10 plays", 5 stars. He will now have no idea how many people have really played his level and how many people voted 5 stars. Mabye there's only 20 plays, which would make the 5 stars rating pretty pointless, or at least not as good as 10000 plays and 5 stars. Now if it were me, I would stop creating those ridiculously hard levels, even if they are totally awesome, because I would have no idea if the community likes them or not. This is an exteme example and I think it also applies to other levels more or less. As long as I'm not totally wrong and the game actually counts the "non-completions" as plays (or maybe it changed in the full game?), I really think there should be seperate counts for plays and completions. This would be really easy to patch, wouldn't it?

I'm pretty sure a play counts as entering and then leaving.. Other wise it would say "completions", no :/?

Well, when I published my level in the beta, it had 1 heart after a while, but 0 plays and I'm pretty sure that I also at least entered it, but it was always 0 plays. I'm not 100% sure though, but who would heart a level that he hasn't even seen? And when I completed it, it was 1 plays. So my conclusion was that only completions are counted.

I guess one way to test this is to publish a level that has no score board so it is impossible to complete. Then have a couple of your friends enter into the level and see if the play counter goes up.

Actually, I can see why it would be logical to exclude just "plays". If you want to see how many people actually experienced your entire level, then displaying only completions would make more sense.
