I've seen on youtube that some levels in LBP2, like Flower, allow you to move in and out of the 3d layers. How is this done?

their called movers they move stuff into another layer and flower looks 3d but its just an illusion.

Already I seen it in youtube.com website. The some levels in a LBP2 and there are so many nice collection of flowers. I like its backgrounds, its 3d backgrounds are everlasting.
