When you get lbp2 your dlc carries over to the other game. What if you get dlc for lbp after it carries over to lbp2, will the new dlc carry over as well? thanks.

im pretty sure it will i downloaded the beta vest and it was made for lbp1 and in the full game we will have a store with all our old dlc so im pretty sure we will get them.

Yes because your DLC data is not one with your LBP1 game, All DLC No matter when you got it will be on LBP2 automatically.

Aye, DLC isn't save-data m8, otherwise people could just download saves online and get the DLC for free, so no worries, all post-transfer LBP1 DLC will also be available on LBP2.

Normal costumes transfer too, right? Everything transfers. You can transfer new made stuff from LBP1 to LBP2 anytime by hitting import objects in the menu or if you have gone back to LBP1, it will notify you when you start up LBP2 that it can import any new collected goodies, costumes and the stuff like that.
