Anyone else having issue with News Section Update Notice not stopping?

| Ever since MM updated the news section explaining the changes to the search options, it has been popping up every time I get on LBP. I've tried everything. I tried both ok and close options in the 2 choices at bottom of notice. I even tried manually going to the news section (infomoon) to see if that would end the notice popup. Eventually I assumed it must be something MM intends to keep popping up a set amount of time to be sure as many people as possible see it, but that wouldn't make sense because it would popup as soon as someone gets on LBP 1st time since update.
