Problem with LBP.me?

Archive: 15 posts

I think I can only partially log in. Isn't there supposed to be a Dashboard option at the top? I can't find the add to queue option anywhere and when you are signed in, isn't it supposed to say signed in as (insert name here) at the upper right hand corner of the screen? I can adjust settings to display activity from PSN friends and stuff, but they don't save and the next time I log in it just shows activity from a player I hearted.2010-11-07 02:34:00

Are you using the PS3 Browser? Because LBP.me has become far less PS3 friendly since it's recent update. That might explain why you can't use the queue option etc.

@Shadowriver
No, I don't think so.

No, I'm using Firefox on my PC. I think the LBP2 beta update is the only thing that's changed since the last time I used lbp.me. Before that it worked fine. I submitted a bug report, hope they can fix it.

I am having the same issue with firefox. I.E just doesn't work at all on LBP.me for whatever reason.

I've insured all java etc is turned on. I can even see the div tags containing that stuff in the source code, but the variables are not getting set to show me that stuff. I did upgrade my anti virus software and even tried turning all that off including internet filtering and popups.. Still never see the dashboard stuff.

I even added all the associated url's like for the sign in and actual beta.lbp.me to the whitelist, but still nothing. I may mess around a bit more tomorrow, but it is really weird.

Thank you for posting. It is weird. I can't add or share levels. It's like I can view it, but I can't use it. I might try using Google Chrome, but I really shouldn't have to.

Oh most welcome! I was happy to see someone else post with this cause I just thought it was me. lol ..well, not that I am happy you are having an issue!!

Let me know if you have any success with Google Chrome. I am amazed I haven't figured out what is causing it yet, but I haven't looked into it a long time. I also went through and pulled a few add ons that I felt might have caused the issue and that didn't do any good either.

Just curious.. did it just quit working sometime this week? Did you have any changes to any other software on your system?

There has been no change in my system software. I don't know when exactly it quit working because the last time I used it was before the update. I noticed it wasn't working about a day or two before I posted this thread. I downloaded Google Chrome and tried it. No luck.

fyi.. I couldn't get Firefox 3.6 nor the Beta to work, but going back to I.E 8 (yuck), it works! So one reason to have I.E 8 around I guess..

I think it is a wacky coding error on their part, but haven't taken the time to figure out what it is. I would go ahead and report it.

LBP.me won't work for me using Firefox 3.6 or Google Chrome. It works flawlessly with Apple Safari though.2010-11-10 00:31:00
