I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem with LBP: After getting the star sticker, I go back and re-do level 2 of the gardens (the one with the toy horses) but when I get new items such as the Grey Tweed material, they're not showing up in the Pop It when I try and customize my character. Is this normal? I searched and couldnt find anyone else who noticed this... Thanks!

I believe the Grey Tweed Material you get in Level 2 is actually for Create mode. Try to check it there.

Grey tweed is both a material for your sackboy and a sponge material. It can get pretty confusing... Try making a grey tweed background of some sort then set your character as grey tweed. Good camouflage =)

They grey tweed doesnt show up at all when I try and customize my sackboy. Do you need to do something to to be able to do so? You don't have grey tweed for your sackboy yet. Only for Create mode. You don't get the grey tweed costume in level 2.

Like I said, there's a grey tweed sponge material and there's a grey tweed which your sackboy can use. You probably got the one for create mode, not your sackboy. I forget where you get the Grey Tweed for your sackboy.

I forget where you get the Grey Tweed for your sackboy. Exactly. It can be a little confusing. Like I earned a Griffin crest in the create mode and thought that it'd work on a sticker switch.

Wow it is confusing! But it all makes sense now that you tell me theres two different materials you need to collect. One for sackboy and one for create mode. It wasn't clear when I got the item which one it was for. They should make that more clear I think. Thanks again everyone! This was driving me nuts... Fun game!

For future notice, when you collect a new material for sackboy, it says New Costume! When you get a material for create mode, it says New Material!

Also you can tell by the shape. Materials for sackboys are in the shape of their heads, sort of. Create materials are always in a square shape.
