Haha... I was just making a side-scrolling beat 'em up, and working on some enemies... to use as "copy and paste" templates I just had them all standing on some dark matter, and a couple have the "patrol" behaviour by default... as I was working on one I randomly hear a scream of death from the player's sackbot... It gets better! So I have a few of my enemies chasing me and they have a couple attacks, one of them is a punch... I've experienced similar happenings with the little buggers. Kind of creeyp and funny all at the same time isn't it? Like I've said before, if there's a way for them to do it... they will find a way to do it. You definitely need to keep them under lockdown when not looking right at them. That's why when creating dangerous AI, you should always have one of these around just in case: http://www.doyourownpestcontrol.com/havahartezsetracoon.jpg I prefer to use the lethal traps rather than these harmless "catch and release" traps... it sends a clear message to the other sackbots about who's boss and how high the price is to be paid. A sackbot of mine with recorded behaviour once broke free. Then it stumbled into a controlinator, which was to controlinate another sackbot. Then it started cloning itself, until my PS3 froze.
