MGS kit has some cool Sci-Fi themed objects, decorations and sounds, the paintinator gun, and plasma balls. POTC has a lot of cool pirate themed stuff, real water (a.k.a REEL WATORZ), and all the water-related stuff (scuba gear, water switches and the like) Marvel got some comic-themed materials and stickers, and city-themed decorations and background.

Well, the music, background and decos are cool, and some of the stickers (I'll pass the hero ones). But, if you want to choose between one of them, I would recommend to pick the Marvel as last.
