Boss and enemy Creation

I would like to make some really complex bosses.
If anyone could show me how to make complex bosses i'd really appreciate it.
Does anyone have a open source level I can check out or has a video explaining how to make complex motors or enemies.

I can't give you an example(yet) but I can say that it is a lot easier if you have something to base it off of. For example, I'm making a dragon/wolf hybrid thing, but first I found a picture of one on the internet to base it on. It makes things a whole lot easier. Sure that would be great, actually I was wanting to make a Dragon - NPC which helps you in a level. The Dragon wold hang out in the background helping you through the level. You'd control the Dragon by pulling certain buttons on pressing buttons and one point in the game riding on his back . Which would come to a huge fighting scene and your using the Dragon to fight a big boss at the end.2008-10-30 22:19:00

Well if your gonna do that, make sure nothing is in the third row, or he'll get stuck, and if your gonna fight something else with it, put that in the third row as well. Use the first two rows for your puzzles.

Thanks ill keep that in mind. Right now what I need help with are using rotations and complex gadgets.
