Publishing Without Wifi

| Yes, but it's absolutely one of the riskiest things to do. You can either use the "Magic Crater" technique and make someone else publish it on their PSN or you can send it to someone who then will use your account to publish. I am not entirely sure the 2nd option will work, since I have only published on my account. Anyways, I wouldn't try doing what I stated above, unless you REALLY trust the person. I really need to make this tiny change on my level! Arg. Its so frustrating, the only hotspots are miles away.
