Hey there! Not sure how it works over in the States - or even anywhere else in the world, but for us UK folks, it's coming round to that time where we send off our final applications for university. Anyone else feeling a little anxious or worried about it? I'm a little scared to be honest - I mean, I just hope I get in. My application's going out in the next week - so fingers crossed eh? So, anyone else applying around this time? What kinda stuff you trying to get into?

Applied to Lancaster, York, Leeds, Manchester and have to pick another one with lower grades than AAB, all for English Language. My first choice would be Lancaster though, so hopefully i don't mess up my exams -_-

Well, I'll probably be taking the ACT next month, but applications are the 5th, does that count?

I remember these, I always guessed on the math questions, but i'd do the english half, wasn't something I wanted to do lol Also for me it was the PSAT When in doubt shout out! It'll get you escorted out of the class :3 edet: also might not even be the same as what you're talking about lol

Cool, what's the ACT? I'm applying for Paramedic Science - although as well as my A-Level grades (Well, I'm doing an A-Level equivalant course in college ATM - Equivalant to 3 A levels) , I'll also need a drivers licence amongst other things... Dunno about your deadline for the 5th, We (UK) have an application deadline for, I think, around 15th Jan. Applied for St. Georges University of London, and Brighton.

Act?? PSAT?? I took the Pre (?Act?) and got a 30 overal, everything was off the chart..except math. **** YOU ALGEBRA!! I got an 18 on the math /cry/ It brought my score down so much, I could have got a perfect if it wasn't counted. :/ My reading, enlish, and science were what was off the chart.( I scored perfect in everything except the dern math ) Ironically I want to be a programmer xD According to the little survey thing, I would be a great surgeon/doctor. Problem is, I don't like the idea of cutting someone open. If I make a 34 or higher on the ACT then i'm going to apply to Harvard. /trollface/ (I can't afford to go there)
