If you could make a dlc pack, what would you put in it?

I'm getting a bit tired of licence DLC's, so I think I'd go with a couple Period Packs Much like the History Pack, but with fiction periods. Like a Steampunk pack (even though the Steam & Cake levels in LBP2 will probably provide plenty of items) with a new background (like Old London) and new Victorian outfits. Maybe a Cyber-Punk pack too, and all that stuff. .

A Final Fantasy Pack, each level is based off of the Final Fantasy 1 through 5. You'd get outfits of the main hero and the villain of each game, like you'd get the Light Warrior and Garland/Chaos, Firion and the Dark Emperor, Luneth and Cloud of Darkness, Cecil and Golbez, and Butz and Exdeath. And they'd give you more voices for your magic mouth, the sound effects that they used in 1 through 5, and the battle theme.

Ok i would make a super update pack, ( yes there will be some ideas from other's suggestions, but, this would be the pack i would make.) ( btw this could get long. ) * special objects, for the tools bag * two warpgate and warpgate exits, that don't kill you, one you can stand on and one you walk through like a door. puddle tool, turns any material into water. fog tool, turns any material into fog ( can be adjusted to different thicknesses) lava too, turns any material into lava, acts like liquid, melts some types of materials. propeller, to propell boats without rockets, and to make wind, string that collides with material, so that you can make a pulley, or a crank. ice, causes water to freeze, makes materials slippery ( sponge can still be grabbed ), cools lava into rock. gravity control object, controls how strong gravity is and where gravity is coming from shield generator, creates a shield around sackboy and gives him a heath bar, when it hits zero, any more damage equals death lighting object, can be placed anywhere, only lights up when sackboy is in range, makes light in all three layers for an adjustable distance around the object. shock absorber, can be used to give vehicles and other objecs shocks that don't change angle and can't break dissapearing tool, makes objects this tool has been used on dissapear when activated by a switch, by proximity or by grabbing. weather objects, creates snow, rain, hail, lightning, etc... can choose whether the precipitation collects on the ground or not. score bubble with adjustable value timer object, displays your time on a race in seconds minutes, hours, etc... on a digital style screen ( you can choose what it looks like ) dissolve tool, makes the object that you choose act like dissolve material, except the looks. option to put objects you get from create mode in with the stuff you got from prize bubbles, like hidden materials. more ways for things to appear/dissapear for emitter grower tool, makes attached object grow/shrink when activated *materials and things for the goody bag* basic colored cardboard materials invisible material floating material ( floats an adjustable distance off the ground to make things like hovercars) bouncy rubber material bendy material ( bends when pressure is applied ) common undecorated building ability to share costumes with buddies and give friends the free costumes, like from the holidays, to friends, except the crown, and the first week shirt. ( those you would have to buy some kind of dlc trade option, which trades the dlc, you lose the dlc you offered, they lose what they offered, and you each gain what you wanted ( traded for ) but, if the pricing for the two objects is too far apart, it will not be able to happen ( more than three dollars difference ) exception of first week costume, and the crown, because of their rarity, they can be traded for something worth more than three dollars. ) the holiday free costumes, when traded, would not be removed from either person's account, on account that they are free. option to auto download, or reserve dlc, ( like the pumpkin head ) just in case you will be absent at the time of release, only works if it is limited time, or free, and you must own the game that the dlc is for. make objects/decorations in front of pod screen, which block your view of the moon, or planet, transparent. party mode, allows you to invite more than just three friends into a room on lbp, which is like a party room. can be used for clan meetings and such.

I would go with star wars costumes. I would really love my sackboy to have a lightsaber! HEY.... that was my idea and it could have like darth revan and malak and when you give your sackboy the lightsaber, he will pull it out of his "pocket" and make a lightsaber sound... xD

Towards flamesterart's long list: Seems pretty good, some things like "fake power-ups" are bad items, but overall it's pretty good. A camera that takes a picture of only a selected object/objects is a pretty good solution to the custom stickers issue. And maybe in the weather tool you can tweak intensity, perhaps even color?

The uh, "fake power ups" are costume pieces, they would be like promo objects for lbp2. i would like to have those in lbp1, even if they didn't work. oh, and if i see anything i like enough, i will add it to the long list, which i made even before i came to lbpc, and before i learned much about the costumes in lbp2, like the panda, i just always thought a panda suit would be cool, i only learned there was a panda costume a week ago or so. ( which is after i made the list. ) i was like O.O whoa... did i just predict that! ( for myself anyway ) I had amazed myself at the sheer randomocity of it.

I would make a minecraft pack, with day and night in create. At night monsters come out. And a creeper mask and shirt for sackboy, and a bow-arrow mesh for paintiator. And a version of retry that makes a SsSsSsSsssssssssss.... Boom! sound. That would be epic.

I totally agree with all the people who said Star Wars. The franchise is ripe for the picking as far as sack costumes go. They should do it like they did with Marvel and periodically release a series of costume packs, since there are too many great Star Wars charcters to fit into a single DLC pack. How sweet would a bow and arrow be. Great idea deviantgeek. It would be cool if arrows could get stuck into stuff and then you could jump on and off them. And also if you hit another sackperson it would be as if he jumped on a spike. The star wars costumes would be sweet. Star Wars is not my biggest craze, but that would lead to a lot of creative, unique costume pieces. And that is always a great thing. But I would like most to be able to use the stuff from PSP DLC packs. I don't buy them, but I would if they could be in the PS3 version. Everytime I see the Robin Hood pack I get jealous. Basically anything that is on PSP game/dlc and not on PS3 would be nice.

No headphones yet. I tried making a pair out of various decorations, but I couldn't get anything that looked cool enough to save. How about a DLC pack with a bunch of fairytale, fables, and nursery rhyme stuff in it? It sounds childish at first, I know, but I'm sure it would lead to a lot of cool decorations, and costumes. And an update that would add the ability for Sackboy to climb. Wouldn't it be nice to climb up a rope or ladder? Or to grab onto a sponge ceiling and use it to go up a wall?

In a stage where the goal is to kill the other sackboy as many times as possible before time is up!! I'd really like a pack centered around Star Control 2. Be the fwiffo. Slave shield your moon. Cry. Hmmm... tricky. I'd say a full Ratchet and Clank Pack would be nice, including a good set of costumes (Allies and enemies etc.), and more versions of the paintinator or just some kind of weaponry that sackboy can use, with some devastating effects! (say Sackboy firing a RYNO for example...?)

I'd make a Fallout pack, which would include: 1 new background: New Vegas 1 new character enhancement: Gun-inator (a paintiator that shoots bullets) 5 new levels Lots of new objects, including but not limited to: Vault door (ChocolatCream already built one, and it's awesome!) Wasteland Creatures (Super Mutants, Ghouls, Securitrons, etc.) Many new costumes, including: NCR Ranger Ghoul Vault Suit Power Armor Super Mutant ... And much much more (as soon as I can think of them)!

A D&D pack, Dungeons and Dragons... A whole pack dedicated to more backgrounds with varied settings... A DC Comics pack to go along with the Marvel Packs... And finally a Hellraiser pack, I really really need my Sackboy Pinhead. Forgot to mention, I'd gladly pay for a DLC with all the collectibles from the first one since I didn't even come close to being able to collect 100% of everything.

I'm torn between a Tekken pack and a Godzilla pack. Tekken would include: Costumes: King/ Armor King pieces, King with a champion's belt option. (Come on, little sack belt with the King's masks is head 'splodingly adorable.) Roger Jr. costume. (Because we need a Kangaroo. LBP is in desperate need of a Kangaroo.) Kuma costume. (Because.. I like Kuma.) Dvil Jin/ Jin pieces. (Between Devil's.. uh.. Devil bits, and Jin's stylish pants and ragged hand pieces, sackboy is ready to take on the world.) Kazuya pieces. (Very well known style Kazuya has, would be a nice fit with the Street Fighter pack.) Heihachi Mishima Pieces. (You cannot exclude his hair from anything Tekken. Ever.) Godzilla pack: Godzilla costume, obviously. King Ghidorah costume. (Who doesn't want a 3-headed sackperson? Maybe with one of the heads shooting out a lightning bolt?) Rodan costume. Mothra costume. Everything else would just be filler with those packs.. the costumes are all that ever matter to me.
