Working Sonic, Tails and Knuckles sackbots

What first started out as an experiment with Rotators on Sackbots turned into an amazing little project. I have been able to make an almost perfect working Sonic Sackbot, complete with most of his moves from the series (Light Dash, Homing Attack, Spin Dash, Slow Roll, Air Dash, and the Trick and Boost system)

But wait! There's more! Sonic isn't alone, Tails and Knuckles also accompany him, with their signature moves as well (Tails' Flight and Knuckles' Glide and Climbing) these can even be controlled by other players for some co-op goodness.

But thats not all! (okay i'll stop with the commercial banter ) Sonic can grab onto them to perform those moves Tag Team style AND This can be done in single player OR multiplayer, so even if you are alone as Sonic, you can grab onto Tails and Knuckles and Fly around.

I put up a tiny demo where you can fool around with them to your hearts content (I'll add more section to play around in over time)

I just watched your youtube videos. Im pretty impressed with what can be done with sackbots. Sonic works pretty accurate. Im curious if more animation can be used though. Knuckles wall climbing might need some more sound effects or animation. I can't possibly expect Tails tails (lol) to actually rotate so i will not ask for too much.

The idea is great, and what you have done so far (considering the limits of beta) is an awesome start. Now that you have your sonic done, you should re-create some levels from the actual sonic series, or better yet, add even more creativity to them with new themes, puzzles or maybe gameplay elements... what not! There should be power-ups and that satisfying sound when you acquire a ring.

Awesome work! I really want to tweak up some sackbots!

Well, it was only a matter of time until someone did a better Knuckles!
You've got the Sonic heroes set up really well.
The only thing I'd try and change is the other sackbots hovering whilst you move.
Well done, here (http://beta.lbp.me/v/23ry)'s mine if you want to compare.
(Don't try and jump whilst wall climbing just walk away from the wall)

I got stuck on narrow tunnel when behind wall there was collector, press attack when i was on air and sonic hit the wall and can't get out,i don't know if that was the reason

Also when you got 1 player you could implement control switching to other sackbots, like in Nuclearfish's Hogwards demo (http://beta.lbp.me/v/znh6) (that have 666 plays :o)

Oh and me like rolling effect ^^
