Hey I played your level but cant give a full review. I ran into a glitch or mishap in the water section of the level. You have sponge-key emitting in the water and im guessing you have to put them in some slots(?). Well the emitter kept spawning them so the key disappeared every second. The level was pretty good from what ive seena but for a factory it was pretty clean. Maybe use the dirt smudge sticker a little or the rust sticker. The gameplay is pretty good so far. Can't wait to see what the rest of the level is like. | 2010-10-26 05:04:00 Author: L1GhTmArE Posts: 519 |
I just played your level. I love industrial levels like these and your was no exception. It had a nice and clean visuals style with great use of materials and lots of interesting little ways to get through it. Maybe have a bit of a clue of light or something so noobs no where to go at the spinning cog part where you must fall down. That maybe help when it comes to kids and noobs. Overall it was very nice. I think you would like my level; "Resident Raytech". It is a mysterious high tech facility of unkocn origins in which you wake up in and must find a way to get out of. Please play that and leave feedback. I hope you enjoy it. Anyone who plays my level, I will also play their and give them feedback. | 2010-10-26 16:05:00 Author: LFiers Posts: 161 |
What a gorgeous level. I love industrial levels. Anyways, there were some pretty sweet platforming sections in this, and I can't really think how to go about suggesting improvements or anything. Visually it was very nice, and the platforming was enjoyable. There was one bit where you get launched into the air to grab a cog up above, and I felt the launcher wasn't quite powerful enough, it was just barely undershooting, and that was a tiny complain, but other than that - fantastic. I gave the level 5 stars and a heart. Also, I'm not so sure about the level being 'short', I thought it was a decent length. | 2010-10-26 16:22:00 Author: Ostler5000 Posts: 1017 |
I just played this now, and I thought it was really good! Positives The theme was consistent, and executed very well I loved the platforming, and I could see your inspiration very clearly in a few parts. Negatives Just a small thing: adding details through stickers is a great way to add atmosphere. A few areas looked a little blank. My personal preference would be to have the moving jump pad platforms be grab-activated, but your way works perfectly as is. You earned yourself 4 juicy stars! Well done, keep doing what you're doing! (And make a sequel ) Could you please give me some feedback on my level: The (Evil) Castle of the (Evil) Witch Evilline (the Evil)? Thanks! | 2010-10-26 20:00:00 Author: Unknown User |
