Closing doors.

So i'm making this one level where near the end you have to jump into a helicopter, and climb into the back seat. Theres an Npc Pilot in the front seat. What I want to happen is make a door on the back seat close via a sensor switch, so the player can't jump out during flight, but the piston gets jammed by something, I have no idea what. The only other things in the back seat is a peice of polystyrene with a grab switch on it to fire the chopper's gun.

Any help with this woulf be apreciated.

Is it literally hitting something you can't see?
It could be piece of tiny material that ended up glued on.
I find that trying to select that kinda stuff is too hard,what you could do is place a
new (larger) piece of material where the door is stopping.
That should override whatever was there & then you can just delete it & see if it extends the whole way?

Though I advise you save your object just in case.
Sounds like it may be a sensitive rig?

& I assume youve already tried the obvious things like looking at the tweak settings?

If you have a wobble bolt moveing it, then thats your problem. there is nothing wrong with it, but its hard to change the close position without changing the open postion. Just replace the wobbole bolt with a bolt and then attach a non-stiff piston to the door and then the hellicopter. then tweak the piston.
