-AVALON- Part One, The Hubnick9009
Avalon is the top technologically advanced city in the universe; envied by everyone, conquerable by none - or so they thought.

Travel to another planet as you investigate a mysterious city that has lost communications with Avalon. Surely, a simple routine task?

Nothing is simple when you're Sackboy!

(Note: Please forgive the magic mouth glitch, it's a publishing glitch which I don't know how to fix, any help on this is much appreciated!)

You could have F4F this to get a comment on it (meaning you feedback first somtimes)... I'll play it to make you happy.

Edit:
Good
-The electric buildings in beginning were nice size
-I like the eyes of the character guy. How they light up as you get near.
-I like the armory weapons area nice detail, I wish the rest were powerups also

Improvements
-The water part seemed like a cheap kill with the bomb.
-Some camera angles were showing some unnecessary areas outside of the level (Extend the materials so that's all one can see at those

Overall
Pretty average. Was really short so hard to critique and not much was going on either. I was wondering why I was being timed so often also. I like the storyline so far. My advice to improve would be make longer, loosen the camera angles a bit, extended the material edges. Small changes that have a good outcome.

Please F4F my "The Distant Crystal" (Here's the link I don't know how to put in my sig yet) https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=33651-The-Distant-Crystal&highlight=distant+crystal

Thank you for your feedback. I kinda consider this to be an introduction level, thus the length - the water part was just to introduce the theme of the second level - 'Avalon - the sunken city'. Indeed I could have made this longer by leading into the water less... abruptly. Anyhoo, thanks for the feedback - I'll check your's out right away.2010-10-23 14:08:00

Umm I originally could not find your level because for some reason your name here is "nick9001" but in PSN its "nick9009". I did find it though and played it and first of all the first speecvh bubble is like this "*******************" so you may want to look into that to fix it. It also happened another time too and you spelled LBP2 as "PLB2". I think you did a nice job implemeting what you learned playing Media Molecule levels especially the last work and is shows in your level. I really love the part where you robot said "Humanoid detected. Threat level: Nil" and Sackboy responds with "I'll show you nil!!!" That was awesome! Made me laugh. A great effort, especially for a first level that could be made better with a bit mor etesting. But I enjoyted it>

Please check out my level "Resident Raytech" as soon as you get the time to. It is a mysterious high tech facility of unknown origins which you must navigate your way out of. My aim was to create one truley unique looking level with technically unique mechanics and contraptions that have not been seen before in LBP. I focussed hard on creating an an all round and balanced level that appeals to the tech heads and the casual, the pro's and the noobs alike so there is truley something for everyone. I hope you enjoy. Please leave me some feedback aswell. Thank you.
