I need help. My ps button at the beginning of the game brings me to the menu screen of the playstation instead of the starting screen of the game. did i do something wrong? please help me.

In one of the Playstation updates (1.40 I believe) they added a feature where pressing the PS button while in-game will bring you to the Playstation menu screen. You can close it by hitting the button again. The only time you should need to hit the PS button is to turn the controller on or to access your friends list and stuff while in-game, that sort of thing.

When you first start the game it should take you to a loading screen warning you not to turn off the power. After that it should take you to the intro level I believe...

okay i figured out problem, incompatible controller ?? Incompatible controller?? Only thing I can think of there is leaving a guitar, drum or mic plugged in.
