Okay, so my Xbox Live Gamertag, BlackHairedGoon, was hacked yesterday. (No more robot arm in Halo : Reach *sniff**sniff*) I tried recovering it ; deleting my profile and recovering it ; no luck. I contacted Xbox Support via e mail, but, also, no luck. I am using my brothers secondary account now. By the way, I put in a fake phone number and address, because I thought they would phone you to tell you about promotional offers. What can I do?

Try to call by phone to Microsoft, its a pain I know, but its faster than using the lame e-mail support.

Hopefully you wrote down the fake phone number and email address, because that's how they will verify it's your account when you call. If you don't, well. I think it's over. D:

D: I remember I once called Microsoft because I was having issues to use a 3 month xbox live card, they asked me for my phone and address and I told them I didnt placed it for security reasons, however I just gave my e-mail and that sorted it (still the dumb guy couldn't fix my issue..), so if you have the e-mail written down as whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaale mentioned, that should be just find.
