I've seen many people with these custom outfits and I was wondering how to make them? Do you make custom pieces in Create Mode?

I'm not sure what you mean by that? You can customize your character with the popit, and if it helps any, you can place stickers and decorations on yourself.

The outfits are a combination of diff sack material, unlockable objects (such as the mini-sackboy, a sword, ears, dresses, a tie, etc), placing stickers to color your sackboy, and other objects that you can paste on from your sticker page (such as a giant tongue, multiple eyes, a shield, and so on) Hope this helps
