So there were rumors going around just before the game released that you were going to be able to upload videos directly to youtube from LBP. But I haven't seen anything of the like. Anyone heard anything about this? What going on with this??

and if you upload the video from LBP to that website... you can download fire fox and download this add on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006 and then download the video from the site and put it on youtube

To be honest I would rather have an in game recorder and editor like in Halo 3, rather than just a way of uploading them straight away.
