Tried several search combinations and can't find anything similar in past threads, so I hope maybe someone else had just as much trouble trying to create a thread titel that made sense and was easy to find. So I fired up LBP tonight and was cleaning up while the game loaded. When I looked up at the TV, there were two sackboys in my pod. My regular one, and a blank template sackboy as if I had someone playing with me here on my system. Only thing was, none of the other controllers in the house were turned on. Also, his neck was bent down and to his right (screen left) as if his neck had been snapped. At first this is why I thought there must be another controller turned on accidentally.... but then he sat down, and his neck snapped even further! I hit the L2 button(?),,,, the one that displays the players' names, and he showed up as Rustbukkit's Goldfish... as if it were reading it as another player on my system. I turned the game off, then on again thinking it would fix the problem. Nope! When the game re-booted, the same sackboy dropped into my pod with me. I could slap him easily enough, but pulling him was a real challenge and I had to really hammer on the button to even get him to budge a little bit. He followed me into any online levels I played too. I was getting a bit worried so I turned off the whole system, and when I re-booted for a second time he was finally gone... and I'm hoping he never shows up again. Anyone else ever have this happen to them? I'm a bit worried that it might be the beginning of a known glitch or something new altogether. I took video of it. If anyone wants to see it, I could try uploading it to Youtube tomorrow some time maybe. Well, I'm off to bed so I won't be able to answer any questions or read any comments tonight, but I'll check back tomorrow in hopes that someone can tell me it's just a minor "one time" glitch. I know when you play with a friend it says "snappguy's best friend". Goldfish sounds cooler though Once I had a strange player and it turned out my Tv remote was playing! It took me months to figure this out! His head didn't tilt but he could pause, rewind and make silly faces in create mode. This one sounds weirder though since he was there after reboot. Be funny if this is a Haloweens scare by MM.

Yeah, I even checked and removed the batteries from my PS remote control thinking that might be the problem, but it had no effect on my little visitor. Hmm... well, it doesn't look like anyone else has had this happen so I guess I'll just chalk it up to a glitch in the space/time continuum.

Search it on the forums your bound to find info I don't think it's the Naux glitch, I've been following that thread and the extra little guy didn't seem shorter or fatter at all. If it is, I can't see where I could have gotten it?

Love that movie! Big zombie fan right here. Yeah, the whole thing was really weird. I guess it was just a one-time oddity. Hasn't happened since, and my sackboy doesn't look shorter or fatter so it's not the Naux glitch.

WHOA i would like to meet this sackperson. ( though something similar happened to me, i got on, i had three buddies with me, and then out of nowhere i hear thoomp! and a FIFTH sackboy falls into my pod and grabs my controller away from me ( the control panel ) so i ask the other three if they see him, they say no, and a couple of seconds later, he dissapears... i was really scared after that, he even played through a level with my group a minute or two later. i think we should call him.... the FIFTH, or Shadesack, or something like that.

that's weirder than my experience... he actually accessed your pod controller? This little dude is obviously up to no good. We must find and imprison him before he starts messaging nasty things to people on our friends list and getting us into trouble. Or worse yet... going in and editing our levels by himself!
