The LBP of The Future? Or maybe not.. :O

So, today my brother was browsing Steam (http://store.steampowered.com/), and I spotted this little indie game named "vvvvvv" that had characters that quite suspiciously resembled sackboys.

It even has little check points that light up when you activate them

I think not! (actually, it probably is)

Ok..so maybe not the LBP of the future, but it's interesting nonetheless

Actually I think this game came out way before LBP. It only just recently became available on steam.

If anything MM ripped off this game. Theres a section in the space stages that has gameplay like this, except you are in vehicles. 		2010-10-11 04:05:00

Okay, I just finished the demo and I am sold.

Ooh, looks like it's a lot of fun. Does kinda resemble LBP in away and I would love to see that made in LBP2. I'll try playing the demo whenever I can, maybe today.2010-10-11 14:42:00

I am pretty sure that I played the demo and I may confirm that it may resemble Little Big Planet a tiny bit, but not at all a copy or a game that has been copied, it all happens in a kind of pixelated universe and those lifeforms are fitting for the team. And some games do need check points, yes?

That could easily be made with LBP2's hologram material!

Looking at the video, it doesn't look much like LBP once it gets going. It's got some cool flippy thing going on. Nice find though.		2010-10-11 19:15:00
