ANIMATED!!!! WITH PICTURES Brand new glitch (i think!!!) The Steve Glitch

Archive: 16 posts

PICTURES LOWER IN POST!!!

I SHALL CALL IT THE "Steve" GLITCH

Did I mention that the static is ANIMATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whilst experimenting with stuff, I discovered a glitch.

Some of you know the mirror effect glitch in LBP. (the one where you keep cutting the corner of an object until it loses texture).

And some of you know the Secret material in the canyons theme(non-slip glass).

While combining those two glitches and making it three layers long, I have managed to discover something.

STATIC!!!

It looks like TV Static taking up half the material.
I will upload a level soon showcasing the glitch.

EDIT: The level is published.
It is called :
NEW GLITCH. I shall call it "Steve"

ALSO!!! With the material I give you in the level, no matter what material you change it to after, It will still be static.

Added colors for visibility.

The static is not new, it's always like that. But I have never seen it take up half of the object.. Pictures would be nice... 2010-10-10 15:52:00

It becomes especially large when you do it with the layer glitch. 2010-10-10 19:10:00

you wanna see what is awesome? use a huge 3D layered (I use the 100+ layer object) block and the make it gas, then enter into it in hoover mode with sackboy, all its clothes will stretch out. (the brain head piece is hilarious, it will stretch down and you can see that sackboy has an empty head!)2010-10-10 19:51:00

Not new m8, common with the use of mirror glitch. :S

Wait, Steve glitch? XD
No offence, but, come on!
Even if you had actually discovered the mirror glitch, Setve wouldn't be the 1st glitch name in my list m8. XD

I was actually referencing a movie I watched again recently. Over the Hedge. You know, fuzzy=hedge, hedge=Steve, there's a science to it.
Anyways, even if it is not new, people were uninformed about it.

I admit not the best name. I thought if I had a discovered an extension of this glitch I might as well make it remembered as unique.

Makes more sense than the cow glitch.
