holy jesus, you AND shawneboi putting out levels within days of each other and u 2 haven't put out anything fresh in FORever. THIS is the kind of oldschool greatness i wait around for. new creators are ok but the ones that were changing the face of the game back in the day with completely new ideas is where i like to see more from. i shall play this asap. good stuff2010-10-10 03:12:00

+ Shifting up/down layer part near the start was great.
- I dont think the prize bubble maze is up to the standard of the rest of the level. Or did I miss something?
++ That part that changed shapes (with the light/dark changes) was amazing. :o
+ Light / paint switches was cool too.

5 stars + heart from me. Must play level!
I hope this makes the cool pages and confuses the hell out everyone.

If you have time, I wouldn't mind getting your opinion on my experimental level (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=12795-quot-sound-n-space!-quot-An-experiment-in-navigating-via-sound-%28with-pictures!%29).
No biggie if you don't.

Awesome level - it's just so inventive and full of original gameplay ideas. You made brilliant use of all the layers just like in Wooden Perception but even more so. The section near the start where you drop and the whole level shifts was a great example. My favourite bit though was the section where the level goes dark for a moment and then when the lights come back on the blocks have shifted - so clever. In fact as the title suggests the level is all about shifting perceptions and the deceptive nature of things. On that note the first time I fell down a hole and got plonked back at the start I was utterly taken aback for a moment, which is probably the reaction you were hoping for!

Good luck with the new career and I hope we see you back in LBP2 one day and if not this was a brilliant swansong!

This level is extremely innovative. There were a number of parts that took me by surprise, but I'd have to say the early layer-shifting part with the moving back wall was the most shocking to me. Only part I hated to see was that this is your last level. Best of luck to you in whatever it is you leave LBP to pursue!

Oh, btw, 5/5 and hearted!

This was so brilliant. I'm a creator too, but I have no idea how you make these things. Take the colour for example, did you colour all the blocks or did you use that material? Also for the part near the beginning where you drop down and the whole background moves, how did you get that to work? How did you do that? What I'm trying to say is that you are ingenious. I wish someday I'll be able to make exceptional levels too 2010-10-12 00:21:00

I just played your level and I was truly amazed by the innovative use of puzzles, layer shift, light, etc
I have never seen or played puzzles like that. Some took me a long time but they were all fun to play. Like everybody else, I loved the light-dark part where the level shifted. I never really knew where I would end up when the light is on again. Awesome. Took me ages to get the idea to swing from the lamp into the small way to the wagon. I especially liked the three triangles where you had to grab at the top. That was hard, but I guess that's the way it was intended to be.

Awesome level ....no complains....5 stars and a heart for u.....good job!

Wow!! Simply WoW!!! It is an excellent level and in addition with many new offers, the logic has stayed behind to do levels with this quality, done bundle a perfect game where to think is entertained and with a simple design you managed to do that we love this level, you have very good obstacles, puzzles and the original idea of guarding Sack in a little box has been lovely, i have amused myself achieving the well considered well challenges that you realized, congratulations make an excellent work made.

Brilliant job. I've never seen a lot of gameplay obstacles like this before and it's a lot greatness going on. The lighting activation, in the box at the beginning of the level, and a whole lot more are outstanding. Awesome job. 5 :star: and a <3.

EDIT: Didn't realize this is an F4F thread. F4F "The Hero Chronicles LV8 Phantom Planet part 1 and 2" when it arrives on Wednesday.
