Okay i been hearing stuff that since the delay on lbp2, the people who pre ordered it will get it earlier at the week of January 18. Can someone please tell me that this true or false information?

Probably just rumours, there's no way to give it out earlier as it wouldn't be finished. If you mean just a day or two earlier, then yeah that can happen with preorders.
