LBP2 killing time.

Hey guys we all know that LittleBigPlanet 2 has been delayed until January so we have to wait 4 months until we can get our hand in a masterpiece that wound probably blind you with its awesomeness. So I was wondering what are you doing to kill time until that day comes ply LittleBigPlanet 1, buy a new game, run 100 miles! ect..

I im going to buy Fallout New Vegas Collectors Edition to kill time so what are you going to kill some time

I'm spending my time..... playing LittleBigPlanet 2.....

And yes, it's awesome. In fact, it's exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait for everyone to get a hold of it. I think it's going to change video games as we know them.

Anyhoo..... back to playing GruntosUK's "Sackometry Wars" built with the same quality as an XBox 360 Live title..... and building my picture perfect rendition of Asteroids. 		2010-10-03 18:48:00

Well, I just bought Dead Rising 2, that should knock of a week at least

But i'll probably play the new RDR packs with Silverleon, Buy Castle Crashers, Play DR2, Play Fallout New Vegas, Black Ops, and Brotherhood. I'd say that'll get me to January		2010-10-03 18:49:00

Let's see:
-Playing LBP, Castle Crashers, MW2, finishing all stars for Super Mario Galaxy 2. Proper hard stars too. Hoping to get new games on my long list.
-Practicing stuff on Sony Vegas. Intros, outros, etc. Actually getting ready to record game footage and stuff to put on Youtube.
-Working on my game design/art career. Just got Prismacolor markers and pencils which are awesome. Plus, I'm practicing my Photoshop art style.
-Coming up with level ideas for LBP2. Gotta be prepared.

I'm busy taking the LA Kings to victory in 'Be a GM' mode on NHL 11 (an interesting learning curve, given my lack of knowledge on some of the things involved...) and also building up my Villareal team on Fifa 11 to win the Champions League and Liga BBVA. Should take me long enough.

Hmm, let's see...

-Work on "top secret" LBPC-related project
-Find every freakin' sticker in LBPC: TG so I can play the FOHG minigame
-Work on re-creating EVERY flag in the world on LBP (already have about 30-40)
-Get up to Lvl. 50 again in RDR
-Buy future Zombie pack for RDR (y'all knew that already, though )
-(Most likely) Create an entry for Morgana's Halloween competition that somehow has me as the main boss
-Work on medieval torture project I have for school (with me poised as the executioner)
-(Maybe) Dress up as a terrorist for Halloween and see how many houses slam the door on me (last year, I was a Jamaican drug dealer)

Start planning and building levels in LBP NOW that you can transfer to the new game and "tweak" once you finally get the actual game in your hot little hands and go through it collecting all the new materials, stickers, decorations, and cotumes you can along the way (all the while wearing a poop-eating grin of a child on Christmas morning). Plan, dream, create, plan some more, then initiate your awesome creations for the rest of us to enjoy! Welll, at least... that's what I'd do. Id actually say that this would cause more tension (checking more lbp2 stuff? will only remember me the fact that I didn't got in...), I would just rather keep away from lbp, as almost all my friends are into the lbp2 beta and I don't have anyone to play with there at the moment.		2010-10-14 06:57:00

I agree with Rustbukkit. You can keep up with the latest info and videos and start planning! Let your imagination go wild! I know someone who has started a massive project that he'll dump into LBP2 when he gets it and he's having a lot of fun just preparing parts of it for the massive upgrade of awesomeness.

However, yeah, it can be hard (and like a ghost town) when all your friends are in the beta, but if that's the case can I suggest that you revisit some of your favourite old games that have been in the cupboard for a while. Play some Final Fantasy or something.. by the time you get through that LBP3 will nearly be ready!
Anyhow, there's loads you can do. Just be imaginative and don't waste time moping and the time will fly.

Now if by chance this thread turns into a whinge-fest, or gets spammy or stupid, I'll need to consider locking it. Let's try and actually give some good suggestions, ok? Thanks 		2010-10-14 09:15:00

I suggest that you revisit some of your favourite old games that have been in the cupboard for a while.

That reminded me I need to get my PS2 out and play through Dark Cloud and Dark Cloud 2.
