Multi-Player FPS *UPDATED POST*

After seeing the amazing job done in PPp_Killer's Vietnam FPS, It got me thinking. I bet I could make A multiplayer version.
I have thought of the perfect way as well.
It would let you pick from four modes: "Place the target", "Stationary PVP", "Moving PVP" and "Hitman"


In Place the Target, one player would place targets around the level for the other player to locate and shoot. After one player goes, the other player gets to place targets. Obviously you would have to find all of the targets before the time runs out.

In Stationary PVP, Each Person gets a different area. An enemy would be randomly placed anywhere on the map. While the same happens to the other player. The player is supposed to find and shoot the other player (the randomly placed enemy). Whoever finds and kills the player first, wins.

In Moving PVP, each person would get a different area. Each area would have an enemy. That would be the other player. The enemy would mimic the other player's movements and fire when he fires. Whoever kills the other person first, wins.

In Hitman, you are given a description of a target from a list of 10 targets. Both players are supposed to try and find the target before the other one. To make this different than the one above, there will be civilians around that if you shoot, you fail, therefore making the other player win by default.

Please comment any ideas you may have.

I came up with a way of making a real PVP, but i'm not in the beta so I haven't tested it. Plus, it wouldn't be very good.
Your idea sounds brilliant though, I can't wait to see where this goes

Maybe instead of a randomly placed enemy you have one which mimics all the movements of the opponent player, and appears to "shoot" towards the screen when the other player presses fire, and so whichever fires first at their enemy's "representative" wins.

Make sense?

I'm not in the Beta so I'm not Entirely sure this is possible but with a bit of work I don't see why it can't be accomplished.

That was my idea, I think it was in a thread called "Mw2", but I can't remember. It's more than possible, but the question is whether it's worth it.
