Yeah, great job but just wanted to say instead of double posting you can edit your previous post | 2010-09-28 17:26:00 Author: Dragonvarsity Posts: 5208 |
Also, you should try not to double-post, it's against the forum rules D; Instead, if you want to say something else other than what you originally said, or add something, click the edit post button at the bottom of your post. EDIT: Darn it dragon, you beat meh to it xD <(example of when you edit your post to add something) | 2010-09-28 17:27:00 Author: Ninjaferret22 Posts: 1403 |
Oh my gawd, i love that mech from matrix revolutions!!!! Its brilliant! even if its only a statue, its EPIC, gotta try to do a side version of this one later : D (but first the district 9 mech >: D ) | 2010-09-28 20:31:00 Author: Ragnarok Posts: 898 |
Holy moly, that looks awesome. When LBP2 finally comes along, you should make it moveable. :o | 2010-09-28 21:08:00 Author: midnight_heist Posts: 2513 |

FTW? Okay dude.... you win. That's astounding! I don't know what emotion this gas mask smiley is supposed to suggest, but I'm adding it 'cause it's cool looking. | 2010-09-29 05:32:00 Author: Rustbukkit Posts: 1737 |

Whoa, that's crazy. It's so detailed! I'd love to see it move and be controllable. | 2010-09-29 19:03:00 Author: Ayneh Posts: 2454 |
Wow... I'd be delighted if your machine killed me! I hope you'll manage to fit it in a level! | 2010-09-29 19:52:00 Author: Oddmania Posts: 1305 |
Whoa, that's crazy. It's so detailed! I'd love to see it move and be controllable. yea, it would be awesome, but how do you expect it to move? sideways like a crab? this kind of stuff cannot be made sideways, much of the design and details are lost when making mechs and vehicles sideways, this is one of the reasons id wish we could give a horizontal 90 degrees turn on the Z plane to stuff on lbp (but not possible due to engine limitations :, we have to stick to the X and Y plane.....) | 2010-09-29 20:14:00 Author: Ragnarok Posts: 898 |
Very impressive detail. I have to keep reminding myself that it's not fully 3d and that a lot of the little details probably wouldn't look as good with the camera turned to the side a bit (I really wish there was a way to do something about that). I especially liked the decayed metal plates for the chaingun ammo: looks awesome. much of the design and details are lost when making mechs and vehicles sideways Yeah. I tried making a gunstar from "The Last Starfighter," and it came out pretty cool looking... but you'd never know it was supposed to be a gunstar. | 2010-09-29 20:36:00 Author: Sehven Posts: 2188 |
