| Level 2 of MGS. Place the Kojima Foxhound Sticker on the cardboard at the beginning of the SECOND level, a race start will appear, play through level and at the end there will be the blue VR grid (through out the level there will be more prizes too.) If you want to get the other 2 (red and green VR) you need to have 100% completion on the SECOND level.
