Windows live email sign-in problem

Archive: 4 posts

Im not sure if the thread belongs here but i'll ask anyway since it's very seriouse.

I'm thinking everyday that I might get so lucky that I may have the beta key waiting in my email account. I know my email and password. i even had it written down a few days b4 i got psn. But here's the problem. i cant sign in at all. I tried every passeword i could. nothing works. i tried reset password, nothing works. i went to check were beta codes are sent to when i was on my ps3, the same email adress was named and still no way to log in. could my account be gone but psn recognizes it? I have no idea what to do. one time when i had to go offlne and re-type my password an email for psn it worked. the email is my live account. I even tested a re-sign-in on my ps3. It still recognizes my email account. Could it have been hacked? What will I do?

The last time I signed into my email account was automaticaly every day after I first signed-in. Which lasted untill my new computer about 2 years ago.

A lot of email accounts have been compromised recently. It's possible that your account could have gotten lock down.

You would be best off posting a thread on the Windows Live Solution Center stating your problem. The people there would be more than happy to assist you in reclaiming your account.

You can visit it here: http://windowslivehelp.com/forums.aspx?forumid=b782602b-8e7c-40d8-a66b-b44824497a17

You will need to either make a new account or use another hotmail/live account in order to post there.
