Join sackboy as he rescues a ruby and tries to escape the tomb.
Hiya,
I'm kind of new here and i wondered if anyone could play my level and give me some constructive critisim on it.

Basics/Suggestions:


Ok, so I know you're new and just want to give you a couple pointers.
1. Always Capitalize the first letter of every word in your title, it just looks better
2. Use the front foreground (if not used already) to help hide where your materials end and a new one starts.

Playthrough Feedback:


In the very beginning, (it looks great) I don't know if I'm supposed to swing from the chains on to that ledge or not so when I tried it I swung a little and it broke. NO BIGGY. But if you were trying to make it a little challenging to get on the ledge, it's still possible to jump from the switch onto the ledge.
In the place where the two brown ledges move down to pick you up (with the fire shooting at you), maybe you could speed it up just a little bit (I fell and freaked out when the fire almost hit me lol).
K, it's been about 5 minutes and I can't figure out what to do. The grab switch in the room with the throne and "god" doesn't seem to do anything, and I pulled both the 2-way(3-way?) switches. I've tried jumping over the water in the sandy area and can't get by the tree.
Just found the spade, I think you should make it more obvious to jump back a frame in the desert and walk down, (maybe show the path by lowering the front frame with the corner editor?)
At the second spot where fireballs are shot out, the magnetic key was visible on the ball.

Since my Sackboy's a NAF, he got stuck in the switch on the wall in the trophy case room of the key and the apple haha.
I found the hidden ledge after climbing the stairs and after I grabbed the prize bubble I got stuck between the tree and the stone...
After the very nicely decorated trophy room, (the baddies stopped spinning and I could just hit them after one spin.) the boulder was emitted again (I had died and not made it to the next checkpoint...maybe put one below the red spinning circles...)
The torch lighting the cave is sweet. (was that your idea?)
In the car chase scene, I could see that the black and red car would fall down, (move it higher) and it landed on the back of my car slowing me down.
The ending is a little plain, maybe spice up the scoreboard a little.


Positives:
+ Great, quality level.
+ Not too short or long.
+ Corner editing was decent, some more could help at some points.
Negatives:
- Use all of the foregrounds more (I think you used the two main and the far back very well, just work on using the other two to your advantage.)
- Magic Mouth's statements didn't use correct grammar (i.e capitalization, etc.) *It makes it all look better.
- Just make sure you double check that the switches/keys you want visible are and vice versa.
- I'm not sure how many times you tested your level, but playing through it looking for kinks (even having others test it) can really help and you may notice new things.
Overall:
5.5 / 10:star::star::starno heart)
I gave your level 3 stars because I see great potential with your detail and original ideas.
Don't get discouraged because your level was great it could just use some fine tuning!
