Oh yeah. Are you tired of bomb survials ? What about CREATINATOR ROCKET DEATHMATCH WITH REAL LOW GRAVITY ZOMGGGGGGG. OR what about a level were you defeat a horribly ugly boss. by ROCKETS from the CREATINATOR =( Instead of trying to invent innovative turrets and weopens and movable plattforms emitters as in the old ancient days... CREATINATOR, one tap on R1 and you will be able to blast that ugly unstickerd dissolve monster that only uses plasma and no other attack not even sound effects into oblivion HORRAY ! I think that by making it so easy, the noobs of lbp will take it and twist it...... Imho it would be best to leave the enhancement be because it will destroy lbp.. as sharks, and timed bombs once did.. And any level trying to be inventive using usermade contraptions to say emit plattforms. Will quickly be scorned upon by noobs !

Decent creators won't make bossfights like you said.. With the creatinator you can make more complex puzzles and provide intresting gameplay. Of course there will be levels in which the Creatinator is a big spamfest on the carnival of spam in spamseason... but it wont be that bad.

Lols The age old "we shouldn't have this feature because someone will make something bad with it" Newsflash: No matter what features MM give us, some people will find ways to create crap with them. And you know what? Let 'em. I'm sure a load of kids will get an absolute blast from throwing together creatinator rocket arenas in 5 mins, then destroying their friends for a couple of hours, because that's the sort of thing kids do. Meanwhile, other people will find innovative and creative ways to utilise the creatinator, pushing the boundaries beyond what any of the rest of us thought possible. Same is true of every single feature in this game. /thread.

Just think of all the amazing things that can be done with Creatinator though. I'm planning on having one act as a shotgun and spray holo material out of randomized emitters. Sure, it's not too complicated but it's more than a kid can throw together in a couple minutes and it's a hell of a lot deeper than just shooting a rocket.

Turned out to be a game based around lame rope races and rope matches. And the grapling hook isn't much diffrent from the ninja rope in worms. You guys are going to succumb to a somewhat more elaborate fad. ROPE RACING..... AND LOTS OF PRIZED COMPETITIONS:.. Aww i miss the old golden days of lbp before bomb survivals.. So many great levels... And now we have been left nothing =(

Every feature can be used to make something bad. For instance somebody could use the camera and have it spinning all the way through the level. This is obviously something bad. But it also allows you to make movies. For all these kinds of situations I think the good will outweigh the bad and if you don't like something then don't play it. THEY AREN'T FORCING YOU.

Doubletime, there are always going to be those creators that just want to make what they want to make, even if it isn't to "L33T Standards." If the those type of levels get published, just don't play them. There are thousands of awesome levels out there that are worth a play, so assuming that bad levels will completely destroy all creativity in LBP2 is ludicrous. There will always be a good level to play, no matter what.

With lbp.me, filtered searches and no H4H trophy (apparently), LBP2 probably will get levels like those you described. But they will be 10X harder to find. I only found one when searching Multiplayer and Explosive. (Testing out the filter)

Exactly. I have posted this example in another thread; Your mother calls you down for dinner (manicotti that has taken 4 hours to prepare). You then say "I can do that myself", and then try to cook another manicotti. This takes you 3x longer than what your mother cooked, and it is burnt. It also tastes horrible. Now which one would you rather eat? The completely rubbish one you cooked (because you don't know how to cook yet ) or the one your mother cooked, which tastes fantastic.

DooD....all your threads are totally fattenating! I think the best solution for you is to just stick with LBP and not even think about LBP2 and all it's awesomeness. Leave that to us professionals. You really need to concentrate on being more positive, making sense, and possibly remembering to take your medication as prescribed. I've read several of your complaint threads now and took it upon myself to play a few of your levels to see just where your ego stems from. The answer is ... I STILL don't know. You complained in the last thread about the DLC all sucking. Judging from your levels which you boasted about in F4F, you clearly don't see the value of what Mm has given us in the way of DLC, and your levels would greatly benefit from the use of said crappy DLC. I've used DLC in such inventive ways that are so mind-numbingly beautiful that to see them would make you poop rainbows for a week! (Nah... I'm just kidding. No one can actually poop rainbows DooD.... what were you thinking?) Ahem.... I've also seen no evidence in your levels of any attempt on your part to "invent innovative turrets and weopens and movable plattforms emitters as in the old ancient days". How a game that's less than two years on the market has anything ancient or old about it still baffles me though. In fact, all I've seen is you throwing a paintinator in the players' hands and pitting them against... how did you say it (?).... monsters that only use plasma and no other attack (not that there's anything wrong with that). To top it all off you now boast that you can "recreate anything we ask you to fool"? Try adding a comma here and there to let us know that you don't mean you can recreate a dog, a two-year old child, or something else which can easily be fooled. Again... I've played your levels and I find this pretty hard to believe, but if you stand by your words then let me know becasuse I'd be happy to put you to the challenge and see what you "don't" come up with. You talk as though you are one of the more highly regarded creators of the community, but don't have the skills or proof to back your words up. You should probably stop using the "IMHO" thing too. In it I'm going to make giant moveable platforms that are emitted from large monsters made of nothing but Plasma that you can only defeat with decorations from the Marvel and Incredibles packs. Of course.... you'll need to buy the PSMove in order to play it... so I guess you won't be able to see my epic creation in all it's glory after all. Word to the wise. If you're going to keep being a negative Nancy and keep posting dribble like you have been... expect to be met with nothing but people like myself and a few others here who will challenge your silly notions and put you squarely in your place.
