Carved Heads Material in The Meerkat Kingdom

| The guide says: "Don't miss the hidden Prize Bubble that holds the Carved Heads Material. It's behind the small white material on the right side of the center platform." I know exactly where it is, but I can't get to it. I cannot get behind the white material, I can only press into it with my Sackbody. Help?
