How to report abuse from user on PSN

| I had a heck of a time finding out how to do this tonight, so I thought I'd share it here for easy reference for LBPC members. In LBP we have the grief system which is pretty easy to find and use but what if someone sends you a text message on PSN or sends you an offensive photo to your message box? Then what do you do? Sony has a grief reporting system in place on their website that you can use to report users who violate the Terms of Service and User Agreement. http://us.playstation.com/support/answer/index.htm?a_id=218 You'll need to be signed in to your account to do this. | There's also the ability to do this if someone sent you an "unwanted" PM to your PSN. Simply find the PM in your recieved message's folder, find the "unwanted" PM worth griefing, pres triangle, and a list should apear that says: Open Protect Delete And so on, when in there, go all the way to the bottom of the list, and it should show a "Grief Report" option to report that user. This is missed by many as its outside regular view in that list and you have to go all the way down so the list scrolls down a little for it to show. | Great find, theres sure to be someone who could use this report feature (for a good reason, that is). After all, there are soooo many PSN users you can never know when something happens.
