Just a few hours ago my mind went mad. I had the message "Rebuilding database, please wait" and shortly after "Data corrupted, format everything?"... Oh, the look on my face must have been horrible. Something between a goldfish, bulldog and sad monkey. Yeah, that bad. So I had to endure while the % meter went slowly up to 100%... But what was that? It turned out nothing ever happened. I still had all my saved data, absolutely everything was intact! So what was this? Anybody knows? Something from the last update? Anyway, this corruption hoax scared the **** out of me, as I had somewhat around 10% left of a level I have been working on.. Anyway,

It was probably referring to formatting specific files but being a little misleading.

I've had that before. I think doing stuff with the database is an option in the recovery menu. Can we still get to that actually? I'm tired.

I had something like this with my Gamecube all the time. I'd get a message saying "Memory Card Corrupted" often. I just restart the game and it was all better. It's happened about 10 times, I guess. I never kept track. But I never lost my data.

Something similar happened to my LBP saved profile. Before I ever had a backup. I hit restore from backup, despite not having one, and it completely healed my profile. (I was a thecxman before that so...) Corruption is like something. It... Does something until something else happens.

Anyway, I believe that happened to me once before after my PS3 froze as well, tho I just seem to have had all my PM's (sent and recieved) delted, haven't been able to find any other problems other than that...
