Is it just me or are the new icons for like the gyroscope, anti-gravity switch, and etc. more ugly in the beta than the ones from E3 (see gevurah22's videos)?

The beta is for testing, they probably changed the visuals of the switches specifically for the BETA.

I doubt that, they probably had a different background/lighting adjustment while in create that made the tools that you're talking about look worse.
