Yes, unbelievably, it's that time of year again and we are rapidly approaching what many PlayStation fans look forward to all year: the PlayStation Holiday Preview Event party! This year?s event will take place on October 5 from 5pm to 9pm at the brand-new Sony Centre in downtown Toronto (formerly the old Hummingbird Centre). We?ll be the second event to open up the centre, and everyone is welcome. What titles are you looking forward to playing? Killzone 3? Gran Turismo 5? SOCOM 4? What about LittleBigPlanet 2? Have a few titles in mind that aren?t first party? That works too, because we are giving you, our fans, exclusive access to all the hottest titles before they hit the retail shelves this holiday season. Partying at our own ?centre? is great, but it wouldn?t be a party without some third party developers. Activision, Disney, Konami, EA, Namco, Ubisoft, Warner and many more will be on board to show you what games they?ve got up their sleeves. While we can?t guarantee a Kevin Butler appearance like we had at E3, we will provide you with hands-on time with all your favourite titles, live DJs spinning, and delicious food. Because everyone knows that the way to a gamer?s heart is through the games they play and the food they eat! October may not be cold enough for toques and mittens, but what you can bring are your friends, family members, and frenemies if you like. School doesn't last that long in Canada does it lol? no here (in canada) school ends around 3 to 3:30 lol the only difference i know is we dont have middle school we have elementary (6 years+pre-k (optional) and kindergarden) highschool (5 years) and colledge (depending on chosen course) and university (depending on chosen courses)

OK, so there wasn't much new stuff at the LittleBigPlanet 2 Canadian Expo -- No giveaways. Only free sunglasses for everybody, some t-shirts (no LBP2 ones, just Modnation which wasn't even on there... boo!!) and not much else. The competition on the expo was fierce. I had to practically fight to get a spot. I had 3 sessions of 5-7 minutes over a period of four hours. I spent the rest watching other people and playing different games that nobody was playing (TRON, Vanquish). STUFF ? Point bubble colors don't seem to change according to player color on this version of the game, at least. I changed my color to red and dark red/black, and the point bubbles in "Tower of Whoop" always stayed blue. ? Few glitches. I was actually surprised -- there being a beta and all. It's probably because I didn't have enough time to play through it. ? All pretty comprehensible -- however, I didn't figure out how to connect a DCS to a Sackbot. Stoopid me. ? Not much else. I didn't get too much time on the monitors... beta plz? D: ?????????????????????????????????????????????? *sigh* Well that's pretty much all the info I can bother to give you guys. LittleBigPlanet 2 is awesome -- and you should all buy it when it comes out. Plus there was a giant sackboy. 24881 That's all from me! Seeya in the beta!

Oh dang, I hope you can still attach a DSC to a SackBot (I've seen it done in the Beta though), that was a level idea of mine. I hope it was just because you didn't have long enough, but thanks anyway

Apparently attaching a DCS to a sackbot crashed the game like crazy, so they removed it for the time being. Also, @Xero Space I agree. Those dang Canadians! Riding their polars and making their 'igloos'. And what's up with ending sentences with 'Eh'?!? ... Eh.

So you can't put a DCS on a sackbot?! That sucks! I hope Media Molecule fix that because they delayed the game why not use some of that time to fix that

Yes, I agree. Currently I'm fairly sure you can only put it on the circuit-board, where sackboy can't enter it. Dang.
