Move gameplay from TGS

So here are two vids of the Move gameplay from LBP2 from Tokyo Game Show 2010 that were just posted over at littlebigplanet.com by footballrule, special thanks goes to him for finding the links, I'm just the messenger!

I was thinking of buying the Move earlier, but this seals the deal. I feared it would be kind of gimmicky in LBP2, kinda like in Super Mario Galaxy the motion controls are naught but a glorified way of attacking enemies and jumping higher, but it feels more like a legitimate gameplay mechanic like New Super Mario Bros, haha.

Now I want to CLEARLY understand if this will be DLC after the release.
(I think so since it doesn't seem to be story related...)

IMO I think it's footage from the part of the game which has Move enabled by default, I do recall there were supposed to be 3-4 levels with Move enabled....perhaps the 3-4 Move levels have a prehistoric motif?Either way I hope there aren't any 2x areas in these levels, haha, it'll be hell to find another person with Move who needs the same stuff you do at the same time you do...and gods forbid there's a 4x.2010-09-19 08:21:00

I would guess this will be DLC since Move support might not be there when the game comes out. Also i noticed these are the only new levels that don't seem to change much from the original game.2010-09-19 09:40:00

The Move Levels are separate from the story, but come wi the game.

The Move creation pack will be after-release dlc.

Atleast, that's what we were told sometime back.

This "format" has been shown before. By format I mean the prehistoric theme for move, but all this gameplay is new so... Mm have updated the move level or that the pack will have a few levels.

Some smart little ideas in there as well.

I know right!

Sounds like lots of us that have the move will be going through with the non movers just for the prizez.

Oh, anyone notice the music was the same savannah music that the dinosaurs island level series used? XD

Actually, these just seem like DLC levels.
They are definitely not on the LBP2 disc.

Box art disagrees with you.

Yea, they said there will be a few bonus levels on the disk that have Move features that aren't part of the story (I may be wrong on that).

I'm guessing these are those levels. I know I'm picking up my Move later this week...I was gonna put it off for a while due to the cost and wanting to see if it pans out, but I'm hearing good things about the Sports Champion pack in, the LBP2 Move mechanics show promise, and I really do want to try out Time Crisis Razing Storm and that fighting game

Huh. That's a little odd considering back at E3 they were playing the same dinosaur levels in LBP1. Maybe they'll come out with it for free on the PSN store for LBP1 users as well.2010-09-20 01:40:00

No.stop.right.there and now.

Those dinosaur levels are in LBP2, come on the disk, require PS Move, yes, this applies to the same dinosaur levels shown at E3.

Great new vids, would like to see it zoomed in more in the 1st video but I can still see a lot going on Thanks for showing us it and thanks to footballrule for the find. Also, maybe it's just me, but like other move gameplay footage, it looks like it's in LBP1 since, well, look at how there's no effect really when you pass the score bubbles, or the fire hazardous objects aren't like we've seen for LBP2 and the graphics feel like LBP1 but the background is new. So maybe they're using LBP1 to test it out and then bring it over to LBP2? I don't know, maybe I just have to look closer into the tv

Oh and @silverleon, I know I'm a bit late but also to everyone who might be on their PS3 right now, here are links to the same videos on youtube(I just googled the title above the video from the original links to the TGS site.)
