I've used ebay for a few things. Probably spent more $$ than most on only like 3 purchases! I bought a 2nd Lexicon MPX G1/ G2, an wonderful upgraded exhaust for my car, my first Nikon digital camera body several years ago and that's about it! You just have to be very careful.

E-bay is great! I buy lots of arcade boards, and other hard to find things there. For me it's a great resource for hard to find stuff.
