just a simple question, will we be able to keep our old clothes, skins, and outfits in lbp2? cause if we dont

Yeah, I'm assuming so, as you can probably import your save back-up from LBP1 to LBP2, so why wouldn't we be able to keep our costumes?

it won't be lost, i'm sure. They'd get too many complaints if that were the case. on another note, so all my saved costumes go to LBP2? so I can have the neon skeleton glitch costume in LBP2? Sweet

Do things like materials and objects carry over to LBP2? And if we don't get 100% in story mode on LBP1 will we be lacking materials in LBP2 with the only way to get them being to go back to story mode on LBP1?

You won't have to import your fulll profile to import any goodies you collected in LBP1. They can be done seperately.

Yep, all of your LBP1 stuff all goes into LBP2 just fine (except for maybe the 3D layer glitch stuff).
