You have to have enough XP to buy a bundle which is in the "Market". Click on the word "Market" at the top and see if you can afford it

OR you could just buy the "Change User Title". It costs only 500 Xp but it allows you to change it only one time. The cheaper bundle costs 1500 Xp and allows you to change your title infinite times.
