Robot Suit?

| I have a friend who owns the game little big planet, and I come over there a lot to play it. It is by far the best game I have ever played. I have made numerous inventions, Including a person launcher and a helicopter. But I have always wondered: would it be possible to create a working android suit? My idea is to split a robot into several parts: Legs that run both ways, when given the instruction to do so; A main control center in the torso for your sackboy to sit in; A jumping function; And arms that will shoot missiles in a chosen direction. Is this possible? To help me in my quest to create the ultimate little big planet...robot suit... please post any ideas on this thread.
