This has been said alot of times before in a few different threads, they can't guarrantee that all community levels will make it to lbp2 because some people use glitches in their levels that won't work with lbp2. They are testing this in the Beta at the moment so only time will tell.

Yes all levels will be there... not sure about story ones, but community for sure and also all dlc, costume packs will come to LBP 2

You will still need LBP1 for its story levels, but community levels and DLC levels (Metal Gear, Pirates, etc) should be fair game for LBP2.

Yep, all of it stays, except for the Story Mode levels.
