You should get into Inkscape (http://inkscape.org/), I think you'd like it. And it's free.

im not impressed good though and... u can do relly much better than that with paint its pretty decent for paint-made it just depends on what u have got used to. like i am better with paint-like programs than gimp/ps and etc.
