Well, I've been interested in learning how to program (as in Python, C++, etc) for a while now, and I was just wondering if anyone could provide some information on maybe a good tutorial online, or a book or something...I'd really appreciate it. I've already started to use AppleScript as well as Alice, but if you have any kind of beginner's tutorial for anything that would be great. Thank you

there's sites like http://www.cplusplus.com to start learning C++, I personally use Microsoft's Visual C++, you can get it for free but a lot of people despise it, there's plenty of other C++ compilers. depending on what you're doing, you might also want to check this Win32 programming tutorial if you'd like to learn working with windows and dialogues and whatnot : http://www.winprog.org/tutorial/ But you might want to stick with console apps to get your "Hello world" in and whatnot, get used to the language before you start learning all the windows macros.
