Hey all. Just an idea for the mods, or maybe even some member who knows a little more about the Beta than I do. I think we should get a LittleBIGPlanet 2 Beta Frequently asked questions thread. This would prevent the OMGZ?? REALBAYTAZ? WHARE?!?!?!1 threads that get everybody in a bit of a fritz. The thread could be stickied on the LBP2 news and media board, possibly even every LBP2 board. The thread would contain all non-enclosed, Information on the beta, such as the possible way to get in to the current beta phase (if there are multiple phases) and all information we currently know about the beta. This is pretty hard to go into detail with, as we dont know very much about it. However, It will prevent almost all of the beta threads that everyone stresses about. Just a suggestion obviously! Comments?

Well, I am currently not involved with the beta... and strangely, I'm ok with that. The Beta testing is underway on LBP2. Testers are comprised of those individuals who beta-tested Water and On-line Create. Additionally participants have been selected in Europe to test this first initial run. (It has been reported that North American Beta will start next week.) It has also been reported, by Mm, that these participants have already been selected on the criteria of 'activity' -- which is a nice word that really can't be pinned down too exactly... (so it is again a nice choice.) As participants have already been selected there is really nothing at all anyone can do except: hope against hope... that the test goes wider still and make sure you have the two boxes ticked-off under account information on your PS3 xmb which allows SONY to share your information and contact you via your e-mail account. Participants of the LBP2 Beta accept a contract of Non-disclosure, and have their own seperate forum so little to no information comes out. They tend to stay amongst themselves and generally form bonds which frankly you are not going to find anywhere else on LBP (save maybe here). I think that's about it really. Don't think there's much to be added here except the sentiment of compassion. It can be a tough lonely littlebigplanet when your friends' list is littered with full beta-pods... All I can say is you're not alone and before you know it... we'll be dL some nifty new animated dlc exclusive to Mm latest greatest game! I know it seems like its far away but as you get a little 'longer in the tooth' (like myself!) this time of year FLYS by. "See you on the other side..."

Naturally lots of peeps have questions about the beta. however, to quote my colleage, rtm23: Please note: ... We'd also like to avoid having beta discussions on the main site... Reading stickied threads is all kinds of win you know That last part of the quote refers to instructions found in the LBP2 stickies. There have also been many threads like this one already... So I'm afraid I'll need to lock this one, but I'll relocate it to the LBP2 forum as it's final resting place. Cheers
