Okay, if any of you know gaming websites then most of you shuld kno that IGN is probably one of the hardest rating websites. They hav only given like only 4 or 5 games 10/10 ever! Maybe LBP2 possibly has a chance of getting a 10/10. LBP got a 9.5 and usually for some reason most sequels get lower ratings then the original. Usually because they dont fix old flaws or new flaws come in. Well anyway, do u think LBP2 culd get a 10/10 on IGN?

Why does it matter what IGN gives it? Remember, you can't spell ignorant without I G N! Seriously though, I am against number based reviews. You can't sum up a game in a single number.

If LBP 1 got 9.5/10 I think LBP 2 would have like a freaking 11 hehehe Because its basically the same as LBP 1 but with a lot of improvements!!!

I recommend changing the name to something like "What do you think IGN will rate LBP2?". Since I thought there was some new news about LBP2 on IGN. Other then that, 10. IF Mm fixed all the flaws, all the new features should get LBP2 the same score, maybe higher.

They probly won't I remember them giving out about the camera angle in the first one and it's gonna be pretty much the same in the second one! Well if you're playing co-operatively or on the same system! Besides those kind of sites tend to annoy me cause they give amazing games low ratings! Like every monster hunter on gamespot got like a 6/10 and I don't know why they're brilliant games and they sell like crazy best selling psp games

I mean, they rated HG SS down because it still had the same pokemon. What??? But still, 9.5 is pretty darn good for IGNorant. Theyll probably rate LBP2 a 9.4 because "it has the same main character". :SH:

IGN is like the Rotton Tomatoes of the gaming world. I'd say it definitely deserves a ten. LBP2 is so innovative, it deserves it.

Not really, Metacritic is more like the Rotten Tomatoes of the gaming world. Why do people care so much about the ratings on IGN anyway? its just one persons opinion.

^^ lol I think IGN will probably rate little big planet 2 down from the orriginal as they have done with most sequals, under the reason that it hasn't really changed it all that much and doesn't involve shooting the limbs of alien creatures in a brown grey world.

LBP doesnt get 10/10 because the reviewers dont look at the creation side of things. Publishing levels is about the best feeling you can get in a videogame. Other than playing an old SNES game

Why is everyone getting so worked up about this? The OP only asked what people thought the game would be rated, a very simple none threatening question. Some of the responses have been incredibly defensive. It's like you all read that if IGN didn't get 10/10 he wouldn't be buying it! It's just a question on what everyone thinks the critics will think to this sequel, which is indeed a very interesting question. Here's me thinking a forum was made for such discussions
