So, I realize that the UK beta keys are out, and the USA ones are not. I am in the USA. However, since march, I've mainly only played on this account, littlebigmeteor. littlebigmeteor is NOT my master account. My master account hasn't been active for more than a few hours since march. However, I am EXTREMELY active in LBP on littlebigmeteor. I tried going into the EU forums, but it says access denied. I assume that this is because I'm in the US... Do I have any hope?

I believe he thinks only previous BETA players have access to it. THis is only half correct tho. Previous BETA testers have acess, but the BETA is not restricted to them and only them, so others WILL an have get in the BETA as well, so no worries there. Altho, sadly I'm quite sure only Master account owners can enter the BETA dude, so I don't think you're eligable since they track the account as far as I know, not the PS3 (I could be wrong tho. ). There is a rare and random chance you get one by accident or for no reaon at all, but otherwise I don't think you can, srry. (YEt don't loose hope dude, like I say, there's always that small chance you can get it! ) (You need to be 18yrs or older, have a Master acc, and have the options checked to be able to recieve Emails fom Sony btw.)

To be honest no one actually knows what criteria sony are chosing on. They said something about being active, but that is vague as **** and realistically, they can do what ever they want. So who knows? There is no strategy you can adopt and no methodology that can be used to increase your chances, especially when we have been told that the participants have been selected already.

no, it's just that they say "activity", without giving any real definition of what it means. Plus, they said random for the water beta... and tbh, my guess that was at best 50% accurate. At the end of the day we do not know the criteria they use.

I believe only Master Accounts can get in Activity seems like it might be right, though. I mean, I'm not particularly very good at creating, and this is the only place I come to discuss LBP (so it's not because I'm a big community person) however, I've spent hundreds of hours playing/creating/sharing, and I got in. So I'd say it's either random (which it could be) or it really is based on how much you've played.

Oddly enough, about one half of my active Friends on my List got the beta key... but not me... and they like rubbing it in my face... Well, maybe I'll just have to miss the extra filler recruitments too...
