LittleBigPatapon!

Full Darkness + Direct Control Seat + Some sound recording + Sackbots = EPIC PS3 Patapon!!!
I don't know if this was posted before but it all makes sense, now with the direct control seat you can make the player control the drums, and the sackbots be patapons!
I'm up for the challenge.

I was gonna try this!

I figured that with some logic, some sackbots that follow mag-keys, some emitters, and some enemies it could work.

I'd probably never get around to it, so meh.

You planning on using the Patapon costume pack?

Err, Story can come later??
When planing out levels its best to write the story and make the characters first,
the story makes the base lines for what you'll be working on so you don't end up getting lost
in the idea, and patapon has a good cute story,

But if your just talking about wanting to see if its posable to make, i can tell you it is,
its really all to easy with things like the Music Sequencer, you do plan on useing
it for this right?

if your just talking about making the level a good while after LBP2 is out
then thats fine, but as it is, sounds like you've not planed enough out or are planing on to,

And really? are you really plan on calling it LittlebigPatapon?
i can't think of a much worse name for a patapon level then that,
you do know hardly anyone especially people here at LBPC
like levels with the names with littlebig or sack in front of it, :/

not to sound rude but maybe you should just join a group project of making
patapon levels, or if you can't find any, start one up, So the level gets planed out far more. *mew

I disagree. A level is nothing if it fails to work the way it was intended.

I, for one , play games for the gameplay and not the story. A story is fine and all that, aslong as it doesnt cripple the gameplay.

In my opinion, we have movies for a reason and games for another. =)

Honestly that came out more rude sounding then i was wanting it to,
i was just trying to make sure your going to try to do things right
so as to make your level better,

really that depends on the game i think,
I Play mostly games with lots of Story, Like RPGs, and really the story and characters in them kinds
of games matters more, its the same with lots of other kinds too,
but by all means gameplay is one of the most important things of the game, sometimes the most,
but that don't mean gameplay is all you need, also saying "we have games and movies for a reason"
is not very smart sounding at all, saying stuff like that tells me you only like non story games,
where a lot of people play RPGs etc where it does indeed matter a lot,

without story what reason do you know why your battling in a war? or for what reason are you getting
stuff for a person in a game, like you need to get a guy a taco but without story you don't even know why you are,
its true some games don't need much story but most do, *mew

and no i like games that can feel both like a Movie and Game, yeah i also like some games that had no clear story,
games not being the same as one another is good i say,

and like i was saying the real patapon has story so yeah it should have story~
but by all means the level maker said he planed on it so its fine. *mew

Ouch, making this in LBP1 would be painful to the creators and players...
But then in LBP2 they give us all the tools we lacked to do this, so why the hell not!
I also heard there is a way to make the level in front view in play mode, so i can make it more 2D like.

THIS WILL BE EPIC (if i get it working that is)
