Going Up 2: Un-bear-able!KAPBAM

Hello Sackfolks! After many, many hours/days/weeks? months? I can?t remember Point is, the sequel to Going Up: Crazy Wheels is now out! I?m so happy to finally share this level with you all. It's another collaboration between myself and Cstrfrk. This time we worked on one of my levels and while I slaved away on gameplay and story, Cstrfrk spruced up the place and helped me test the plants out of it!

It's worth noting that the whole level was made using exclusively the original game?s content (except for global lighting and water). In other words every sticker, every material, every character you see is made straight out of the original box. It was a fun challenge to respect and I think it's cool to remind ourselves what can be accomplished with the bare minimums of LBP!

Description: ?Grab on tight once more and reach the top of this mystical forest! Meet a couple of weirdos along the way and try to get the high score! Featuring the flinging gameplay that made the first Going Up so popular. Thanks to Cstrfrk for his awesome help!?

Finally, here?s a handy trailer with a feature from LBP2: Voiceovers Remember, if you want to play it, you can do an in-game search for @KAPBAM, which will bring you to my levels. Enjoy!

PS: For all you over-achievers: There are many secret locations and tough places to get to in this level. If you can manage to find them all and can string point bubbles to get combos, you could get a wicked high score! I cheated and went through it with a jet pack on my moon and I got a score of 21 500 points. Think you can beat that?

:star: So I added F4F. But read this carefully. I'm looking to play some puzzle/physics levels, i.e. levels that use the game's physics for gameplay that makes you think. Or levels that are literally puzzles or have a LOT of puzzles throughout the level. Basically I want to find levels that make you think and/or show off new gameplay possibilities in LBP. I will give feedback for those levels! Make sure to mention your level's name in your post. And a link to your thread would be nice too

Decent level. Is annoying when you fall down really far from the spinning trees though.

Hehe, I had fun doing the voiceover for the video. Can't wait for that feature in LBP2!

Thanks for the feedback Fishrock! Hopefully it's equally rewarding when you make it up the trees

hehe, yea I enjoyed doing that... Though to be clear, as my buddy Cstrfrk pointed out, it's not yet voice-overed in the actual level, in case anyone thinks I can work magic I can't wait for that feature though in LBP2. I'm going to get my friends to do voiceovers for my levels, work'em like slaves! lol
